SOS270 - Birthday Fairy Wishes in Black, White & Silver

This week's challenge at Shopping Our Stash is called Fairies and Angels. Easy, right? Especially if half of your stash is fairies and angels - then the hardest job is to decide which one to use :)

This is one of the Ching-Chou Kuik's fairies from time when they were sold under Sweet Pea Stamps brand - but I don't know the name of the stamp.
Felt like coloring her in shades of gray and then the rest of the card just developed from there - in shades of black & white with a touch of silver.

Challenges:
Dragonfly Dreams - Monochrome
Crafty Friends - Monochrome
A Gem Of A Challenge - Female Birthday
Crafty Ribbons  - Birthday

Alica, I'm stunned by the beauty of this card, doing it in this soft shades of gray and black makes it look, besides gorgeous, so very elegant and sophisticated. I love this image, and now that you mention Sweet Pea designs, I must go and add this to my own post, because I fount out just last year, my Fairy collection was once made by this company.
All of the details on this card are amazing, the die cut frames you used are so beautiful and just perfect to frame this beautiful and magical image.
Thank you for sharing.
Big hugs,
Maria.

I knew you'd use a Ching-Chou Kiuk image, I just wasn't sure if you'd pick the same one as I did! LOL! I LOVE the monochrome colored image! That gorgeous die cut really frames her beautifully! Fabulous card!
