Ildi Co's Challenge #8 - Pink, red and white

Two weeks passed like a wind and it's time for another Ildi Co's Creative Challenge. This time it's a color combo - pink, red and white.
For my card I used this cute Dandy and Lolita image. I colored it with Prisma pencils and then went crazy with textures. The white panel is embossed with Damask frame EF and sponged with red ink. The butterflies are made with the new Embosslit Wonderful Wings die from SU (I love how the butterflies are embossed).
And if you are wondering what's the funny red panel - it's done with Melted Crayon technique - feels really nice and smooth to touch and it's fun to make (used up my kids' broken crayons). But putting the crayoned paper into Sizzlit die wasn't such a great idea - the wax got stuck in the die - not so fun to clean - LOL!

This card also fits this week's Flutter By Wednesday challenge - embossing - love these challenges - incorporating a butterfly, fairy or angel is no challenge for me - love them all!
