With all these "Christmas in July" challenges around I wanted to create Christmas card with Sweet Pea image - the only problem was that I don't have any of their Christmas stamps (yet) - so I decided to use Blue Rose Tattoo and converted her into a Christmas Rose Tattoo! :)I colored her in mostly in red and green with water based inks and aquapainter. The papers are from DCWV Christmas pack. I added some stickles in her hair, on the roses and the felt snowflake. The sentiment and snowflake are from SU.
What do you think - does it look Christmas-y enough?
I'm entering it into the following challenges:
Sweet Pea Stampers - anything goes
Simon Says Stamps - going dotty
Stamptacular Sunday Challenge - Christmas in July
Tuesday Throwdown - Christmas in July
Polka Doodles - Christmas in July
2 sisters challenge blog - Christmas in July
