We had such a wonderful sunny day today - I spent a big part of it outside doing some yard work. So inspired by outdoors and flowers here is a flower card I made.
I used Snowdrops digi stamp from Doodle Pantry and printed it on Kraft CS. Colored it with Prismacolor pencils and went digging through my papers to find the perfect ones. Finally I settled on these Basic Grey papers from Origin collection.
I used a Sympathy sentiment from Pasque flowers set - I wasn't sure if Snowdrops are the right flowers for Symapthy card, for me they feel like a symbol of hope, something new - but then I thought they could symbolize that even after a big loss there is always a hope, life and promise of something new... one door closes and another one opens.. Hope I'm making sense ;)
The sketch is from Basic Grey challenge and I'm also entering this card into the following challenges:
Crazy Challenge - no buttons or ribbons
If the Shoe Fits - Flowers
Creative Card Crew - Blooming Marvelous
Materials:
Image: Snowdrops digi from Doodle Pantry, Sentiment from Pasque Flower set from Doodle Pantry

Alica, your card is very pretty! It is hard to say what is and what isn't proper on a sympathy card. But, I feel if it is from the heart then anything you put is right! Hugz
