I made a spring ribbon wreath for our front door.
Very easy - wire wreath frame with tied on ribbon pieces. I used ribbon from my stash and also wide organza and tule ribbon from dollar store. They make it look really soft and puffy.
For decoration I just hot glued some faux spring flowers and a little bunny.
