SOS462 - Across the border

 Our newest challenge at Shopping Our Stash is called Across the Border and we would like everyone to use their border punches and/or dies.


I decided to play with my blue scraps and old Stampin Up border punch and created this ombre layered card. Kept it simple, just added some bling and sparkly tape.
