This is a card I made for the newest challenge at Ching-Chou Kuik's Challenge and Inspiration blog featuring the lovely "Deep Sea Siren" image
I colored her with alcohol markers used Stampin Up seashell stamps to add to the ocean theme. The shiny patterned paper, ribbons, gems and dies are also from Stampin' Up
