When I imagined blue and yellow together, I had a vision of something fresh and country. So I decided to make a delft tile background. Stamped a background stamp several times in PAcific Point ink, cut it into 1 inch pieces, inked all the edges and adhered them onto yellow CS.
Image I used is from Flourishes set called Signs of Spring and it's colored with Prisma pencils. Sentiment and ribbon are from SU.
