PSC59 - Wags n Whiskers - Steal a Kiss

Good Morning and Happy Sunday!
This week's Paper Sundaes Challenge is to use a charm and we have another fantastic sponsor - Stamp n Create. For my card I used Steal a Kiss image - you can buy it as digi or a rubber stamp now - your choice.
The image is colored with Prismacolor pencils -I imagined my light source to be on the top left - as they want us to at Make it Colorful challenge. Papers are from DCWV spring glitter pack - I'm using these bright and cheery papers more than ever - you can see I really need spring to come :)
The sketch is from The Sweet Stop sketch challenge. I don't have many charms, so I used one from a broken necklace. Flowers are from Wild Orchid Craft.
I'm also entering it into the following challenges:
Wags 'n Whiskers - punches - border punch on the narrow panel.

PSC41 - Wags 'n Whiskers - Altered Can

Good morning and Happy Sunday! Today's challenge on Paper Sundaes is Natural Woman - that means using a woman image plus something from nature. For my project I used the Iris fairy image from our sponsor for this week - Wags 'n Whiskers. Instead of making a card I decided to decorated a coffee can - thought it would make a nice gift packaging or a treasure box for my DD.
The image was printed on watercolor paper and watercolored using SU markers and TH distress inks. The can was wider then I thought and the 12 inch paper didn't get all the way around so I made kind of lace up closure on the back (like how it came out). Then I just added flowers and leaves for decoration.
I'm entering it into Speedy the Cat's Friends challenge - use a die cut or a punch (I used both) and Flutter By Wednesday - anything with butterfly, fairy or angel.

Don't forget, Paper Sundaes is currently holding a DT call, so if you would like to join us and become one of the Sundae Girls you have until Tuesday, October 26th to apply!

Materials:
Image: Wags 'n Whiskers - Iris
Coloring - SU markers, TH distress ink, aquapainter
Paper: CS - SU Melon Mambo, DP - DCWV Spring glitter pack
Other: Spellbinders - label, meddalion dies, border punch, flowers, leaves, ribbon

PSC12 - Sketch - Tiny Dancer

Happy Easter!
It's Sunday and with it a time for another Paper Sundae Challenge. This week it's a sketch. The whole design team is featuring cards created with new stamps from Wags 'n Whiskers - our sponsor for this week.
The stamp I used is called Tiny Dancer - I always had a soft spot for ballet and cute little ballerinas so I had lot of fun ;)I colored her with Copics (mostly - don't have any browns, so her hair is colored with Prisma pencils) and added Waterfall Stickles on her tutu. The edges are distressed with Tumbled glass distress ink.
The papers are from Basic Gray Kioshi collection - I think the soft pastels go really well with the ballerina. I had to add some roses from Wild Orchid - every dancer - tiny or big - has to have flowers!
I'm entering this card into KL Stampin N Scrappin Challenge (recipe - 1 image, 2 papers, 3 embelishemnts) and Simon Says Challenge (distressing).
