Good Morning! Welcome to Paper Sundaes Sponsor Celebration and Blog Hop.
If you arrived from Carla's blog you are on the right track - if you just stumbled upon this post and would like to start from the beginning - go to Paper Sundaes blog.
We are so amazed by our upcoming sponsor line-up that we just had to share the news - our fabulous Shana found more sponsors than there are weeks!
Remember, there are five prizes to be awarded on the main blog with multiple chances for entry - read Paper Sundae's post for further details.Other candy can be found along the way on individual DT members' blogs - you need to visit all the blogs and comment to qualify for an entry to the draw - also each DT is featuring a different sponsor -can you guess who?
and here are the cards I made for you - I usually create girly cards, so I decided to challenge myself and step out of my comfort zone.
For both cards I used a stamp called Boys - Gone Fishing. On the first card I stamped it with Versafine on watercolor paper, embossed it and watercolored it using water based markers and inks. The sketch is from a current Eat Sleep Stamp challenge. On the second card I stamped the image on Whisper White CS, colored it, embossed it with clear EP and then brayered the sky behind the boy. I used a sketch from Cute Card Thursday.
All the designer papers and embelishments are from card kits I received from my SCS friends.
Hope you liked my cards, have a wonderful weekend and your next stop on our blog hop is Christine - I'm sure she has a fabulous creation ready for you.
