Sweet Pea - Serene Night

I wish you good morning and hope you had a great weekend.
I have another Sweet Pea card for you - today I played with Serene Night. And when I say played I really did - I made 2 versions of one image. I stamped both of them on watercolor paper, but embossed one with white EP. Then I tried to color both of them the same - to see the different results. Coloring the white embossed image was a bit tricky - because I couldn't see very well what is what - good I had another one stamped in black :)
But enough talk and see for yourself:I used simple layouts for both of them, both have embossed and glimmer misted back panels. Only the colors and embelishments are different. If you would like to see the details, just click on the image. What do you think?

First time visitor to your blog. The results are amazingly different. IMHO the dark ink creates a more distinct picture, but the embossed white lends a very soft rendering and when looked at closely is beautiful, too. Thanks for the comparison. Your coloring is beautiful and I love the misted backgrounds.
