PSC75 - Belles 'n Whistles - Dragonfly Flight

Good Morning and Happy Sunday! This week we have a Sundae Bar Challenge over at Paper Sundaes - you can pick 2 or more of the following ingredients: Purple, Gems, Paper Piercing, Wings. I used Belles 'n Whistles Dragonfly Flight (you can buy it at Stamp & Create - our sponsor for this week) and managed to use all 4 ingredients.
It was really dark and cloudy today, I had hard time getting the colors right when taking the picture :(
The image is colored with mix of Copics and Prismacolor Pencils - I couldn't find the right color papers, so I got a scrap of this luxury white DP from SU and sponged it with shades of purple and green.

I'm also entering it into the following challenges:
BnW Challenge blog - Wings
2 Sisters - Fairies
Sweet Stampin' - Something Old (old paper) & Something New (brand new stamp)
Simply Create - Fly with us

Good Morning and Happy Sunday! And also Happy Easter for all who celebrate it!
Today at Paper Sundaes we have a Sundae Bar with 4 toppings - die cuts, glitter, pearls and the color yellow. If you want to play you need to pick at least 2 toppings.
For my card I used stamp called Beary Big Hugs from Belles 'n Whistles. You can buy it and many other Belles stamps at Stamp and Create - our sponsor for this week.
The image was colored with Prismacolor pencils and I used Nestabilities Label and lacey circles. I just had to use my brand new Hattie papers (MME) so I picked my color combo from them. The ribbon is SU crushed curry and the glittery butterfly is from Michaels.

I'm entering it into the following challenges:

Sparkle's Christmas Card Challenge - Snowman

Here is my second post as Guest DT member for Sparkle's Christmas Card Challenge. Today's challenge is to use Snowman or Snowmen.
While I was thinking about my snowman stamp inventory I remembered my new stamp from Belles 'n Whistles called Peek-a-boo Snowbaby. It's perfect for this challenge ;)
Soo, I colored the image with a mix of Copics and Prisma pencils. Then I masked the image and sponged the snow and sky. Hope it's visible enough on the card. I used my absolute favorite winter papers - Winter Joy from Bo Bunny and the CS is Double Mates. Then I just added the ornamental corner (had to try out my new Sizzlits), Snowflakes and some bling.
What do you think?

Challenges:
Make it Colorful - Warm or Cool Colors (Cool)
One Stop Craft Challenge - Card for a Child
7 kids College Fund Challenge - Hot or Cold (cold)

PSC35- Belles 'n Whistles - Warm Apple Pie

Good morning and Happy Sunday!
This week's challenge on Paper Sundaes is to use 3 or more embelishments.
I used an image called Warm Apple Pie from Belles 'n Whistles - our sponsor for this week.
Image is colored with a mix of Copics and Prismacolor pencils - and the edges are chalked (more mixed media, eh?) :)
I was wondering what colors to use, so I went looking for inspiration online. When I saw the current challenge on Belles 'n Whistles blog - use warm colors (summer sun, real red, old olive) I new exactly what papers to use - my kit from Paperworks Co that I had since July. The colors are perfect. For the 3 or more embelisments I used a ribbon, 3 flowers, bling and pearls.

The sketch is from Sweet Wednesday Sketch and I'm also entering it into Simon Says Challenge (Holiday Fun) and Pile It On challenge (layers)

PSC16 - Color challenge with Belles n Whistles

Happy Sunday! It's May and with it a fun fresh color challenge from Paper Sundaes - red, green and yellow.
I didn't make a Christmas card in a long time (well - since Christmas) so when I found this cute image from Belles n Whistles - our sponsor for this week - in my stash, I just had to make one.The image is colored with my usual mix of markers and pencils. The sketch is from this week's Pixie Cottage challenge. The papers are from DCWV christmas pack and I love the soft buttery yellow velvet ribbon. I used brads with Christmas wishes as flower centers.
