PSC38 - Karen's Doodles - Winter Angel

It's Sunday again and we at Paper Sundaes have another easy challenge for you - use something from your stash - that means something you had for at least 6 months or something you bought and never used before.
For my card I used digi image from Karen's Doodles, who's our sponsor for this week.
The beautiful Winter Angel is colored with Copics and I added Stickles on her dress and wings to make her sparkly. I had the papers I used for at least a year - since before last Christmas and the lace is been sitting in my drawer a pretty long time too. The edges are sponged with Distress ink and the ribbon too (it used to be white)

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:
The Shabby Tea Room - pearls and pastels (love the wonderful inspiration image)
Charisma Cardz - Christmas
Creative Inspiration - Christmas in September
Karen's Doodles - Seven of something (seven rhinestones)
Alphabet Challenge - W for wings

Karen's Doodles kids challenge

My kids always want to do challenges with me so when I found Karen's Doodles kids challenge blog, they were unstoppable and they have to make their cards "right now". That was yesterday. Today they asked me if there is a new challenge 'cause they want to make more cards! LOL!
So here they come - they picked the image, papers, embelishments, colored and I helped with cutting and putting it together according their wishes. They both used Easter Puppy freebie and anonymous papers fro my scrap pile. Images are colored with Crayola markers.
First one is Sofia's (7) - she picked girly colors to match the egg. Next one is Daniel's (4) - I was surprised he picked the rhinestones ;) He was very proud that he almost stayed in lines on this picture..
